Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken 500 Gms
  2. onion 2 medium size chopped
  3. ginger 2 tps roughly chopped
  4. garlic 10 to 12 pods roughly chopped
  5. cucumber 1 thinly sliced
  6. tomato 1 large thinly sliced
  7. lemon juice
  8. Green chillies 2 roughly choped
  9. Black pepper powder
  10. olive oil
  11. coriander leaves roughly chopped
  12. salt


  1. In a skillet, bring 1 cup salted water .Add chicken, cover, and cook.
  2. Shred Chicken with a fork
  3. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chillies and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add the shredded chicken along with the cucumber and Tomato slice
  5. Cook for 2 minutes
  6. Now add salt and black pepper powder
  7. Cook for 1 minutes
  8. Finally add some coriander leaves and sprinkle lime juice
  9. Serve with braed/garlic bread
