ABOUT Mixed Vegetable Soup RECIPE

This soup is made using a variety of vegetables. A very healthy diet recipe to be followed by weight watchers.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brocoli florets: 1/2 cup
  2. Red cabbage: 1/2cup
  3. Carrots:1 chopped
  4. Corn kernels:1/2 cup
  5. Mushroom: 1/2 cup finely chopped
  6. Pepper powder:1 tbsp
  7. Salt:for taste
  8. Oregano powder:1/2tsp
  9. Soya sauce:1 tsp (optional)
  10. Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add veggies one by one and saute.
  2. Saute the veggies for 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Add salt,pepper powder,oregano and toss.
  4. Now remove from flame and let it cool for 5 mins.
  5. Blend this in a mixer into smooth paste.
  6. Put the paste into same wok,add water according to the soup consistency and let it boil.
  7. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and add soya sauce.
  8. Garnish it with corn kernels. Serve hot.
