Ingredients to make Shrikhand

  • 150 gram thick curd (waterless)
  • 35 gm sugar
  • elaichi powder 10 gm
  • Dry fruits chopped

How to make Shrikhand

  1. Powder the sugar & keep aside
  2. In a bowl add waterless curd , sugar and elaichi powder. mix it properly.
  3. Mix it till it gets creamy texture.
  4. Add dryfruits of your choice
