Oats-Semolina CupCakes

Ingredients to make Oats-Semolina CupCakes

  • 1 cup instant oats, powdered
  • 1 cup fine suji
  • 1 cup curd
  • water to adjust consistency of batter
  • 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli Powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Tadka--- ½ Teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oil

How to make Oats-Semolina CupCakes

  1. Mix Up all ingredients for cupcakes together , except the Eno and keep for soaking for 10 minutes
  2. Adjust Consistency like Idli atta.
  3. Keep the idli steamer ready.
  4. Add Eno to the batter and mix quickly.
  5. Bubbles will appear.
  6. Put batter in cupcake moulds.
  7. Put in the steamer on full gas for 10 minutes
  8. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes as they will be quite soft.
  9. Heat the oil and Give tempering of rai and curry leaves.
  10. Serve with chutney.
