Healthy cookies for kids. no maida or corn flour. kids can enjoy them anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Besan [gram flour] 1 cup
  2. Suji [semolina] 2 tbsp
  3. Powdered sugar 1/2cup
  4. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  5. saffron 1/2 tsp
  6. Pista 10-15 chopped
  7. Ghee 1/2cup
  8. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking tray and preheat oven for 5 mins.
  2. Sieve besan,suji and baking powder together
  3. Sieve sugar in this.
  4. Add saffron
  5. Mix all of these things properly
  6. Add little ghee into this and mix well
  7. Add rest of the ghee and make a little hard dough
  8. Dough should not be smooth otherwise shape of cookies will be destroy
  9. Keep dough to rest for 5 mins
  10. Make small balls with dough and flatten with your palm
  11. Spread chopped pista on cookies and press lightly. Bake at 180 degree for 20 mins
  12. Let them cool and preserve in air tight container
