Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji :1 cup
  2. Sugar :1 cup
  3. Ghee: 2 cups
  4. Cardamom: 4 no's
  5. Milk : 4-5 spoons (not compulsory)

Instructions

  1. Roast and grind sooji along with sugar and cardamom to a fine powder
  2. Heat ghee and fry grounded powder and saute for 10 to 15 mins.
  3. Now make small balls .
  4. You can add milk as well to make balls but it is not compulsory.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve
