ABOUT Paneer Bhurji RECIPE

This is one of the dish i perfer to make in lunch and love to enjoy with my family and friends.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100g paneer (I used home made)
  2. 1 large onion ( chopped)
  3. 1/2 spoon chilli garlic paste
  4. 50g boil peans
  5. 1 large tomato (chopped)
  6. Half capsicum (chopped)
  7. Green coriander to garnish
  8. 1 table spoon oil
  9. 1/4 cumin seed
  10. 1/2 coriander powder
  11. 1/4 turmeric powder
  12. 1/4 red chilli powder
  13. Salt
  14. 1/4 tea spoon Garam Masala
  15. 1 Spoon cream

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai put oil in it let it heat.
  2. Put cumin seed onions let onion colour change to golden.
  3. Now add chilli garlic paste after few min put all the Masalas
  4. After this all add peas capsicum and tomato in it.
  5. After 2 min add small chopped paneer and cream.
  6. After all this decorate with green coriander leaves.
