Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bottle gourd long half
  2. Oil 1 /2 tsp
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. 1 tbsp almond flour
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil
  6. 2 cloves garlic minced
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. 1 tbsp fresh basil minced
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Use a julienne peeler to make noodles or score marks on bottle guard and peel them you will get thin long grated noodles. Heat it up in a pot of water for 7-8 min. Drain.
  2. In a sauce pan add 1/2 tsp oil and fry almond flour remove and set aside
  3. In the same pan add olive oil add minced garlic add red chilli flakes, add zoodles and saute, add fresh basil salt and pepper.
  4. Remove into a bowl for serving just before serving add the almond flour fried in oil.
