Chinese Bhel.

Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel.

  • noodles 1 pkt
  • water just to cook noodles
  • capsicum,1/2,chopped
  • onion 1,chopped
  • tomato ,outer portion only.not seeds 1,chopped
  • Boiled corn 2 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • Sauces,
  • tomato sauce 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp
  • Light Soy sauce 1/4tsp,
  • vinegar 1/8 tsp
  • salt
  • sugar a pinch
  • oil

How to make Chinese Bhel.

  1. Boil water ,with salt. Put noodles & remove from fire. Cover and keep for 2 min. After that strain it. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add noodles little by little,fry well. Spread on a towel,to remove oil.,
  3. Meanwhile you can cook the vegetables & sauces.take a pan,add 1 tbsp of oil. Put garlic,fry well. Then add onion,capsicum,tomato & stir well for a few seconds.
  4. Then add sauces,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar ,sugar,salt and soy sauce. Stir well,for a few more min. Then at last add fried noodles. Mix well, till all sauces coat noodles well. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Mix noodles only at the time of serving. don't let it become soggy. To make it more colourful,add different colours of capsicum.i used red noodles. use white one if possible. That wont be too much dark in colour.
