Normally children don't like to eat papaya. But papaya is very good for liver function. This is such a easy recipe which can be serve to kids.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated papaya 1 cup
  2. Grated Carrot 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp
  4. Hakka chow 1 bowl
  5. Boiled eggs 2
  6. Tomato sauce 2 TSP
  7. Chilli flakes to spread
  8. Oregano to spread
  9. Refine oil 2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  11. Fish sauce 2 tsp
  12. Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a frying pan heat and add oil then fry finely chopped garlic. Now add grated papaya and carrot. Sauteed with pinch of salt.
  2. Now add tomato sauce and fish sauce mix properly. Then add boiled hakka noodles again mix. Serve with boiled eggs, chilli flakes, oregano, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
