This is an amazing, quick, very healthy and refreshing raita. Low calorie, healthy and delicious raita is ready in no time. It becomes favourite who so ever tastes it once. It adds colour to your food plate.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. fresh curd -200 gms
  2. spinach -100 gms (washed, cut and grind into a paste)
  3. Salt -as per taste
  4. black salt -1/4 tspn
  5. roasted cumin powder -1/2 tspn


  1. Wash spinach nicely and grind it into a paste.
  2. strain curd through a strainer, add spinach paste, salts (both white and black), and roasted cumin powder. Mix well.
  3. Adjust the consistency of the raita with water and serve chilled in main course.
