So simple yet a delicious snacks which kids will never say no and will just love it. And its healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread - 4 slices
  2. butter - 3 tbsp
  3. carrot - 2 tbsp grated
  4. Zucchini - 2 tbsp very finely chopped
  5. onion - 1 small very finely chopped
  6. Breadcrumbs - around 1/2 cup
  7. pepper -1/4 tsp
  8. salt to taste
  9. oil for shallow fry - 3-4 tbsp


  1. Take the bread slices and shred/cut into small pieces.
  2. Take all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and oil.
  3. Blend it coarsely, just pulse the blender for few secs.
  4. Take it out in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Take small portion of it and make ball and slightly flatten it.
  6. Dip it in the bread crumbs, continue the same with the remaining mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Lay the cutlet and shallow fry them on both sides till golden on low-medium heat which will take around 5-10 mins.
  8. Take out in a serving plate and serve with any sauce or dipping of your choice.
