ABOUT Matar Namakpare RECIPE

Children would simply love these, namakpare made with a twist of addition of green peas. crispy , tasty and healthy at the same time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl Matar [green peas] boiled and make paste
  2. 2 bowl wheat flour
  3. 1 bowl oats flour
  4. 1 tsp ajwain and roasted cumin
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  7. 2 spoon melted butter
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil, knead a dough without any extra addition of water. The green peas has enough water for the dough to be kneaded.
  2. Rest for few minutes and then with the help of rolling pin and board ,make roti and cut into desired size and deep fry it.
  3. Strain and store them in an air tight container.
