ABOUT Chicken doughnuts RECIPE

This recipe is originally from Rimi Sunil kumar,given in a magazine,Vanitha. A tasty snack,with mince chicken ,flours & eggs,without much spices.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. Bread crumbs 1+1/2 cups
  3. Maida 1 cup
  4. Gram flour 1tbsp
  5. Boiled & mashed potato 2 [medium]
  6. Green chillies,chopped 2
  7. Mint leaves,chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Curry leaves,chopped 2tbsp
  9. White pepper powder 2,small spoon
  10. Baking powdet 1/2 small spoon
  11. Egg 3
  12. Salt
  13. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken mince in a big bowl. Add rest of the ingredients into it, mix well.
  2. Take big balls from the dough,make a round shape with a big hole in the middle,like doughnut,or if you have a doughnut cutter,shape with the help of a cutter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, put the doughnuts one by one, fry both sides well, on a low to medium flame so that the chicken is cooked through well.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
