This is the original recipe of Rimi Sunil kumar, given in a magazine Vanitha. A tasty snack,especially fir kids, with chicken mince,flours and eggs,without much spices.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. bread crumbs 1 1/2 cups
  3. Maida 1cup
  4. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  5. Boiled & mashed potato 2,medium
  6. Green chillies,chopped 2
  7. Mint leaves 1/4 cup
  8. Curry Leaves 2 tbsp
  9. White pepper powder 2,tsp
  10. Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Eggs 2
  12. Salt
  13. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Put chicken mince into a big bowl.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients with the chicken mince and mix well to make a dough..Take a small ball from the dough,flatten it and make a big hole,in the middle,like doughnuts. If u have a doughnut cutter,use it. Make doughnuts with the rest of the dough.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,deep fry one by one. Keep on a towel to remove excess oil.serve hot with ketchup.
