Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1/2 cup
  2. Amaranth flour 2 tablespoon
  3. Organic raw sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  5. Dark chocolate 75g
  6. Eggs 2
  7. Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
  8. butter 2 tablespoon
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon
  10. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Baking soda a pinch
  12. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with butter and oil and keep aside.
  2. Sieve the dry ingredients-oats flour, amaranth flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat the eggs for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar and beat till it's light and creamy.
  5. Add vanilla extract, chocolate, oil and butter mixture, stir well.
  6. Add the flour mixture slowly till it's all combined well. If the batter is too dry add little milk.
  7. Pour it into a greased tin and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
