ABOUT Ande ka Halwa RECIPE

Egg is a major source of protein and is a vital requirement for both growing children and adults . Prepared with eggs and sugar as the main ingredients , this one's sure to amaze everyone with it's strangely addictive flavour . Garnish with nuts to give it an extra boost .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups Milk
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1/2 cup Khoya
  4. A dash of yellow colour
  5. 3-4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan , mix the eggs and milk well .
  2. Put it on medium high flame and start to mix in sugar while stirring constantly .
  3. Cook until the milk is dried and eggs are solidified .
  4. At this point , switch off the flame and mix khoya until everything is well incorporated .
  5. On a plate , mould in into any shape desired and garnish with crushed cardamom and cardamon powder . Dry fruits can be used as well .
