ABOUT Egg Sandwich RECIPE

Healthy sandwich with the goodness of eggs.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 medium onions (chopped)
  3. 1 medium tomotes(chopped)
  4. 1/4 capsicum (chopped)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 green chilli (chopped)
  7. 1 small ginger (grated)
  8. Black pepper
  9. 4 slice of bread
  10. Oil/butter/ghee as needed
  11. green coriander as needed

Instructions

  1. Break 1 egg and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add one spoon onions, one spoon capsicum, one spoon tomatoes, green chilli, green coriander, Salt to taste and black pepper, mix it well.
  3. Take a pan put 1 Spoon oil/ghee and pour the egg material on the pan.
  4. On the same material place bread, put oil on the edges and turn it. Again put a bread on it. Serve hot.
