  1. Take milk in a pot, add sugar and yeast and keep it aside for 10 to 15 min till the yeast is frothy.
  2. Now take all purpose flour in a big pot and mix oil and salt and mix properly. After that mix the yeast mixture and knead a soft dough. You can take water if needed.

  4. Now after 2 hours you will see the dough has risen well.
  5. Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface and knead the dough with the help of your palm.
  6. Make 8 portions of that dough ( equally ).
  7. Roll 8 portions into chapati or roti size.
  8. Now take one roti grease it with olive oil or butter.
  9. Grease it properly because this will help form layers of croissant.
  10. Place another chapati over it and again grease it properly. Same procedure you have to do for these 8 chapatis
  11. A nice set of chapati is formed.
  12. Now roll this set again with the help of rolling pin.
  13. Cut the big rolled chapati with the help of pizza cutter. First vertical then horizontal the 2 then slanting like a cross (x).
  14. You will get 8 portions like a pizza slice.
  15. Place the stuffing on the top and roll it.
  16. Stuffing:
  17. Take all the ingredients of stuffing and mix it properly and keep aside for half and hour.
  18. Now take a non stick pan and with a drop of oil place the ingredients mentioned. Let it cook till the soya is nicely cooked and becomes dry (no need to add water or anything).
  19. After all the procedure is complete, let the croissant rest for about 2 to 3 hours till it rises again.
  20. Bake the croissant at about 180 degree for 20 min or till a nice golden color appears on the top.
