Zinger Wraps

Ingredients to make Zinger Wraps

  • 4-5 rotis
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 300 gm chicken breast
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • Ice burg as required
  • 2-3 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Zinger Wraps

  1. Cut the boneless chicken breast into two halves and then cut each into three layers .
  2. Take chicken in a bowl and add red chilli powder , garlic powder , vinegar , mustard paste and mix well and put it aside .
  3. Take an airtight box and put plain flour , rice flour , corn flour , white pepper powder , crushed black pepper ,garlic powder , salt, chicken powder and baking powder and mix well .
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Take a piece of chicken and coat it with the dry ingredients , then with egg and finally with dry ingredients and then again with eggs . Deep fry on a low flame till golden brown.
  5. Mix together mayonnaise and mustard paste in a bowl and spread on the rotis .
  6. Now put the chicken pieces on it and then ice burg and roll them tightly .
  7. Serve with some veggies .
