Ingredients to make No Bake Healthy Swiss Rolls

  • ghee Cookies or Any biscuits of your choice - 10 nos
  • honey – 3 tsp.
  • butter – 2 tsp.
  • Chocolate sauce – 2 tsp
  • cardamom – 2 nos.
  • coconut (grated) – 3/4 cup.
  • Milk – if required.

How to make No Bake Healthy Swiss Rolls

  1. Grind biscuits to a fine powder. As my biscuits are pure ghee biscuits it oozed out ghee while grinding and became moist, so I didn't add butter.
  2. If your biscuit has no moisture and looks dry, add 1 tsp butter and mix well.
  3. Add chocolate sauce and mix well to form a soft dough.
  4. In a cup add grated coconut, honey, cardamom powder, 1 tsp butter and mix to form thick paste (as in picture).
  5. Now place the biscuit dough on a parchment paper or poly bag and using your roller, roll the dough to thick, rectangular disc.
  6. Spread the coconut mix over the dough evenly.
  7. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the top as per your wish and refrigerate the roll for 4 to 5 hours or until firm. Once set, remove from refrigerator, slice and enjoy.

My Tip:

I used healthy home made biscuits, you can use Marie or any biscuit of your choice.
