Ingredients to make Gulab Jamun

  • mawa khoya 1/2 kg
  • paneer 150 gm
  • maida 150 gm
  • Choti elaichi 4
  • sugar 1 kg
  • water 700 ml

How to make Gulab Jamun

  1. Make sugar syrup adding sugar and water. Add lemon to clear chashni, keep aside and mix choti elaichi powder.
  2. Add grated khoya, maida and paneer, mix well.
  3. Make balls and deep fry on low medium flame.
  4. Dip in chashni for two hours and serve.
