This chicken club sandwich is a layered sandwich with 2-3 fillings in it.

For chicken:
Chicken fillet thinly sliced 2
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Redchilli powder 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
For coating:
Maida 1 cup
riceflour 2 tbsp
cornflour 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Milk 1/2 cup
other ingredients for sandwich:
Bread slices 1 packet
lettuce shredded 1/2 cup
mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Cream cheese spread 1/4 cup
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Salt and pepper as per taste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with given ingredients for 2-3 hours. For coating mix together riceflour, cornflour, maida, red chilli powder, garlic powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk with a pinch of salt.
Dip the marinated chicken in egg mix, then coat in flour mix well and deep fry it until cooked and crisp and keep aside.
In another bowl, beat egg salt and pepper and prepare an omelette and keep aside.
Mix together shredded lettuce and mayonnaise and keep aside.
To prepare sauce spread:
Mix together cream cheese spread and red chilli sauce.
To Assemble the sandwich - Toast the bread with butter and cut the sides. On one layer spread the sauce and layer with zinger chicken fillet, top with another layer of bread and spread the sauce.
Then layer with prepared egg omelette followed by another bread and layer with the lettuce mayo spread and finally close with the bread slice. Press it and cut into 4 triangle and serve.
