ABOUT Almond Date Bites RECIPE

These healthy, nutritious bites are super energetic, sweet, gooey and loaded with the goodness of nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Almond 1 cup
  2. Golden raisins 1/2 cup
  3. dessicated coconut 1/2 cup
  4. Pitted Dates 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan. Switch off the gas. Tip in the almonds and soak them for 2 minutes. The almonds will swell. Drain the water and rub off the skin and pat dry the blanched almonds.
  2. Assemble all the four ingredients in a food processor. Pulse on high for 2to 3 minutes until the almonds break into very small sizes and the mixture becomes like a cookie dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into ball shape. These healthy bites can be stored for 3 to 4 weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
