Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour dough
  2. 4 chapatis
  3. Mint Chutney
  4. Tomato Sauce
  5. Tomatoes round cut
  6. Boiled potatoes round cut
  7. Capsicum round cut
  8. Cucumber round cut
  9. Onions round cut
  10. Cheese
  11. Salt
  12. Black pepper
  13. Chat masala


  1. Make 4 equal chapatis size as u like
  2. For sandwich take a chapati apply mint chutney then a layer of potato slices and capsicum layer then sprinkle salt,black pepper, chat masala then grate cheese
  3. Then put another chapati on it apply tomato sauce then a layer of cucumber and tomatoes then sprinkle salt, black pepper, chat masala then grate cheese
  4. Then put another chapati apply tomato sauce and a layer of onion then sprinkle salt, black pepper, chat masala then cheese then apply chutney on last and put on it
  5. Then take a hot pan apply ghee or butter and put the ready Roti sandwich in it and cover for 2 mins to get crispy from both side(hold it carefully and slowly so that the stuffing doesn't fall)
  6. When get crispy cut and serve hot
