Ingredients Serving: 3

  2. Ajwain -1/4tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 1tsp
  5. Oil -1tsp
  6. For stuffing
  7. Carrot -1chopped
  8. Cauliflower -1//4cup chopped
  9. Boiled corn 3tablespoon
  10. Paneer grated -3tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Chilly flaxes
  13. Maida -3tsp
  14. oil -for frying

Instructions

  2. In a bowl add maida salt ajwain ghee salt and add water and make a soft dough and Add little bit oil and rest for thirty min
  3. After that divide the dough into equal balls
  4. Roll it in the flour and roll like a chapati with rolling pin Take a katori and cut this chapati into round shape Pick the roti with fork
  5. Roasted the roti in a tawa for two min on medium heat Cut the roti into four parts
  6. Take a bowl add maida and water and make a thick paste Take a roti into your hand apply maida paste in one side and give a cone shape Press it lightly
  7. Heat oil in a pan add chopped carrot cauliflower and cook for a min
  8. Add salt red chilly flaxes boiled corn and grated paneer andmix it well
  9. Add one tsp maida and cook for a pan min let it be cool
  10. Take a small part of stuffing and fill stuffing into the cone Fill all the cones with filling Now dip the corn into maida mixture and coat with dry maida
  11. Now deep fry in oil
  12. Decorate with coriander chutney and springle some sev on top
