Cauliflower and Carrot Pizzasticks with fresh herbs,fried and mince garlic and lots of gooey cheese on top of a cauliflower crust looks and tastes like cheese bread

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 head raw cauliflower
  2. 1/2 cup grated hash potato
  3. 2 carrots cut in stick shape
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 garlic fresh minced
  6. 4-5 garlic for fry
  7. 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  8. 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1/2 tsp freshly chopped basil
  10. 1/2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
  11. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tsp oil
  14. 1/4 cup plain cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180* and line a ractangle baking tray with parchment pepper.
  2. To rice the cauliflower take only florets,placed in chopper and pulsed until it was the texture of rice.
  3. In nonstick pan add oil add whole garlic clove in it when smell come and crispy separate it and now add carrot stick in it and cook it just tender not fully cook.
  4. In a large bowl,mix cauliflower,hash potato,1/4 cup shredded mozzarella,1 egg,basil,parsley,black peper, minced garlic and salt and mix it well till holds together.
  5. Place the mixture in the lined baking tray and spread properly and bake it in the preheated oven for 10-12 min.
  6. Now remove from the oven and now arrange carrots stick and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese over it
  7. Spread crispy garlic clove and garlic oil over it and again return to oven to continue,till cheese is melted.
  8. Cool about 10 min and cut in stick shape for more taste sprinkle some chilli and black pepper over it.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy cauliflower pizza sticks.
