Ingredients to make Vada pav

  • potato 2 big boiled
  • Pav 4 in number cut from the center with one end attached.
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger garlic paste little
  • Gramflour 2 cup
  • salt as desired
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 /2tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • oil for frying vada
  • red chilli chutney 1 tbs
  • Green chilli chutney 1 tbs

How to make Vada pav

  1. Boil the potatoes mash it . Prepare potato stuffing by frying onions adding all spices and salt and potato .cook for 3-4 minutes
  2. Make a semi thick batter using besan and little salt. Make some balls out of the potato balls, dip them in the besan batter, and deep fry them in hot oil.
  3. Take pav . Cut from center.roast little in tawa with ghee or butter on both sides.
  4. For assembling apply red chutney then green chutney in the pav put vada in between. enjoy with chutneys or sauce.

My Tip:

Add cheese slice to make it cheese vada pav.
