Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 2 big boiled
  2. Pav 4 in number cut from the center with one end attached.
  3. Onion 1 chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste little
  5. Gramflour 2 cup
  6. salt as desired
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 /2tsp
  9. coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1 tsp
  11. Chopped coriander leaves
  12. Oil for frying vada
  13. Red chilli chutney 1 tbs
  14. Green chilli chutney 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes mash it . Prepare potato stuffing by frying onions adding all spices and salt and potato .cook for 3-4 minutes
  2. Make a semi thick batter using besan and little salt. Make some balls out of the potato balls, dip them in the besan batter, and deep fry them in hot oil.
  3. Take pav . Cut from center.roast little in tawa with ghee or butter on both sides.
  4. For assembling apply red chutney then green chutney in the pav put vada in between. enjoy with chutneys or sauce.
