Ingredients to make Hara bhara kabab..

  • 2-3 medium size potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled crushed peas
  • 1 cup blanched spinach
  • 1/2 cup green beans finally chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilly paste
  • 1/4 th cup green capsicum finely chopped
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 th tsp
  • cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp besan or corn flour for binding
  • oil for frying
  • Slit cashewnuts [handful]

How to make Hara bhara kabab..

  1. Heat a non stick pan add little oil add ginger garlic chilli paste
  2. Squeeze out all water from blanched spinach and finally chopped or puree it..
  3. Add in pan and let all water remove from it..
  4. Add crushed peas capsicum and chopped green beans and boiled grated potatoes In pan.
  5. mix all well add all spices as per taste..
  6. Switch off the flame add roasted besan or corn flour and make kabab out of it..add slit cashewnuts in middle of it..
  7. Heat oil for frying fry it on medium flame till golden brown in color.. serve hot with green mint chutney or hung curd..

My Tip:

For binding we can use fresh bread crumbs if you don't like the taste of corn flour or besan..fry it on medium flame not on high flame else it will remain uncool from inside
