Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach 900 gms (2 large bunches)
  2. 200 grams Cottage cheese (paneer)
  3. 2-3 Green chillies as per taste
  4. 8-10 cloves Garlic Chopped
  5. Oil 3tablespoons
  6. 1/2 tspn Cummin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tblspoon Lemon juice
  9. 4 tblspoon Fresh Cream

Instructions

  1. Remove stems wash Spinach thoroughly in running water
  2. Blanch in boiling water with salt added
  3. Refresh in chilled water
  4. Now squeeze out excess water
  5. Grind to a fine paste along with green chillies
  6. Cut out paneer pieces 1 inch by one inch by half inch pieces, keep aside
  7. Now heat oil in a pan ,Add cummin seeds splutter and they change color ,add garlic and saute for one minute
  8. Now add spinach puree and stir
  9. Check seasoning and add water if required
  10. When gravy comes to a boil, add Paneer pieces
  11. Mix well and stir in the Lime juice
  12. Finally add the fresh cream
  13. Serve Hot
