raddish parathas are winter specials in almost every home. So make these spicy stuffed parathas by following this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mulli(radish) - 1 cup [grated]
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves [handful]
  7. Wheat flour 2cups

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough using the flour, salt and some water. let this rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the grated radish to remove the excess water from it.
  3. Add the powdered masalas to the grated radish and mix well
  4. Now divide the dough into equal proportions and stuff each ball with the spices radish. reshape them to form the roundels.
  5. Roll out the roundels, shallow fry them in a pan, serve hot.
