Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 large sweet potatoes (in book it's potatoes I replaced them with sweet potatoes
  2. 1tbsp olive oil
  3. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp peri peri masala.

Instructions

  1. Cut into wedges put oil salt and pepper and lay them in baking tray lined with aluminium sheet bake them for 30 min in a preheated 200c turning 2 -3 times while cooking.
