This is a royal recipe.. In olden days sahi families used to eat as a side dish it needs lot of time n ingredients .moreover sushi itself tells that lot of calories...it is not easily available in restaurant

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For koftas
  2. Oil for shallow fry about 200ml
  3. 1 cup grated bottle gaurd(boil n squeeze out water)
  4. 2tbs palak puree
  5. 3tbsp paneer
  6. 1/2ich ginger chopped
  7. 3tbsp khoya/milk powder1/2cup mix 1 tbsp ghee
  8. Amchoor powder 1tsp
  9. Roasted Chana flour 1 tbsp or as required
  10. Elaichi powder 1/2tsp
  11. garam masala 1/2
  12. Green chilli chopped as per ur taste
  13. Salt as per your taste
  14. Pista according to no. Of koftas
  15. For gravey
  16. 1cup tomato puree
  17. Onion paste( 2onions boil n blend)
  18. Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  19. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp or as per taste
  20. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  21. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  22. Khas khas(poppy seeds), cashew, almonds paste 4tbsp
  23. salt as per taste
  24. Cream 2bsp

Instructions

  1. For koftas
  2. Heat oil in a kadai
  3. Mix all the ingredients. Now take some ready dough in your hand flatten it with ur thumb keep 1 pista on it n give shape of a grape
  4. Now shallow fry all the Angoor(grape) shape kofta in medium flame
  5. Keep all the ready kofta aside
  6. For gravey
  7. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a Kadai.add 1/4tsp menthi seeds (fenugreek) add all the dry masala except garam masala fry for some time
  8. Add boiled onion paste fry for sometime add almonds cashew n poppy seeds paste fry for some time add salt as per your taste
  9. Now add tomato puree cook for some time or when oil separates add fresh cream
  10. Before serving gravy add angoori koftas on it garnish with coriander leaves
