Ingredients to make Grilled gramflour fish

  • Fish fillets 250 gms ( I used singhada fish)
  • salt 11/2teaspoon
  • turmeric powder4teaspoon
  • ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • oil 4 tablespoon
  • gram flour 4 tablespoon
  • Juice of two lemons
  • red chilli flakes 3 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Grilled gramflour fish

  1. Apply 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp of turmeric powder on fish & keep aside for 1 hour.wash properly.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 tspn salt, 2 tspn turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste on fish.set aside for half an hour. drain the water that is given out and set aside.
  3. Heat 3 tblspn oil in a pan,add Gram flour. saute on low heat till it brown slightly.remove from the heat.
  4. Add remaining turmeric powder,chilli flakes,chopped coriander,salt to taste.marinade fish into this mixture for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat frying pan and add 1 tablespoon oil .add fish n cook till brown from all sides.remove and set aside
  6. Sprinkle chat Masala and serve.
