ABOUT Spicy Chicken Seekh Kabaabs RECIPE

These are spicy chicken seekh kabaabs best served as appetizers. Enjoy these with raita on the side or bread . Mince should be with fat for that perfect kabaabs. It should be always kept in mind. Fatless mince will never yield good kabaabs.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton mince 500 gm
  2. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Finely chopped onion large 1
  4. Coriander and mint finely chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
  7. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  8. Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  9. 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  10. 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  11. 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  12. Curd 4 tbsp
  13. Green spring onions ; chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the mutton mince with all the ingrredients for 30 mins.
  2. After 30 minutes, place about 2 tablespoon of the mix on the skewers.
  3. Brush with oil evenly and cook them on a stove top griller pan.
  4. It can be cooked even on a tawa or a frying pan on low flame.
  5. Turn it on to the other side when done on the bottom.
  6. Drizzle oil little by little onto the kabaabs.
  7. Garnish with spring onions or any other garnish or side dish or dip of your choice .
  8. Serve hot with naans.
