A delicious easy to cook chinese style fried rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken - 100 gm
  2. Chopped carrots - 1/4 th cup
  3. Chopped beans - 1/4 th cup
  4. Chopped spring onions - 3 tbsp
  5. Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Ajinamoto (optional) - 1/2 tsp
  9. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  10. Refined oil
  11. Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat little oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add the chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  2. Once they start smelling, add chopped chicken pieces. Fry them for about 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the chopped vegetables and stir. Add salt and cook with lid on till veggies are done.
  4. Add Soy sauce, Ajinamoto and stir. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix.
  5. Cook for few minutes and then serve.
