Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. wheat flour 1 large cup
  2. Semolina 1 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. chopped green chili 2 no
  7. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. chopped onion 2 tbsp
  10. boiled potato 1 no
  11. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  12. butter or oil as required

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.and make a thick batter. Heat a pan with little oil/butter, pour a ladle of the batter.
  2. Fry slowly until brown and crisp. serve hot with green chutney or pickle
