Ingredients to make Chicken malai kabab

  • chicken 400 gram
  • lemon juice 2spoon
  • ginger garlic paste 2spoon
  • cardamom powder [a pinch]
  • Javetri [mace] and jaiphal [nutmeg] powders - 1/4 th tsp
  • Grated mozzerella cheese
  • Amul ful fat or low fat cream
  • butter

How to make Chicken malai kabab

  1. 1st marinate 400 gm chicken with 2 spoon lemon juice 2spoon ginger garlic paste little black pepper little salt and little cardamom, and javetri [mace] powder and jaiphal [nutmeg] powder, keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Now grate mozzerella cheese. Squeese cheese to make it soft now add amul fresh cream mix it together Or if you want to save time , you can use amul cheese spread and little bit of cream.
  3. Now add chicken in it, mix it well keep it in fridge for atleast 5 hours for best result .
  4. Now after 5 hour or after marinated time take out the chicken wait until it comes to room temperature ,now melt butter [2spoon ], add in it mix well and wait for 30 min
  5. Now if you have bamboo skewers, soak it in water for 15 minutes [if you don't have iron skewers ].
  6. Now preheat oven at 180 degree, grease a tray with butter
  7. Now insert those marinated chicken pieces into the skewers , put those skewers on that tray , roast them for 18-20 minutes.
  8. After 9minuite of cooking take it out roatate those pieces and brush with butter and start. Again after 18 min it is ready to serve

My Tip:

If you are in a hurry as i mentioned use cheese creame and amul cream insted of mixing grated mozzrella cheese and amul cheese And if you want to give it a royal look in a lityle milk put kesar let kesar release its colour in milk and put it during marination
