Creamy dish with a twist of taste. A yummy famous dish to be served with some naan.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. panner
  2. Cornflour
  3. 4 onion (chopped )
  4. 4 tomatoes (chopped)
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
  7. 4 tablespoon sugar
  8. 2.5 tablespoon vineger
  9. 2 green chili
  10. Cream
  11. butter
  12. 1.5 tablespoon garammasala
  13. 1 tablespoon kasoori methi
  14. 50gms cashew
  15. Salt
  16. Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. In the pan add onion, oil, spoonful of butter and once the onions are cooked add tomatoes and cashew nuts
  2. Pour a little amount of water
  3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, vinegar, sugar, green Chilli, salt, red chilli powder.
  4. Evenly mix it and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes
  5. Churn the mixture into fine puree.
  6. Strain it back into the same pan make sure there is minimal wastage.
  7. Add butter, cream and kasoori meethi and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add paneer In a bowl and cover it with cornflour
  9. Fry the pieces in pan
  10. Add them in gravy
  11. Garnish it with cream and kasoori meethi
  12. The dish is ready to be served.
  13. Same method can be used for preparing butter chicken too
