Cabbage Szhechuan Rice

Ingredients to make Cabbage Szhechuan Rice

  • 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • Half cup chopped carrots
  • Half cup chopped onions
  • 4 red chilies finely chopped
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 8-9 dried red chillies
  • 1 cup brocolli
  • Regular sona masoori rice 2 cups
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • oil 3-4 spoons
  • 1 spoon soy sauce

How to make Cabbage Szhechuan Rice

  1. Grind the chillies and garlic in a blender
  2. Heat a pan and add the oil , add the chopped onions and sauté for few minutes
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots and brocolli
  4. Add salt and pepper and sauté till done
  5. Mix the rice and sauté along with rice in medium flame
  6. Serve with Manchurian gravy
