Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  2. Half cup chopped carrots
  3. Half cup chopped onions
  4. 4 red chilies finely chopped
  5. 5-6 cloves garlic
  6. 8-9 dried red chillies
  7. 1 cup brocolli
  8. Regular sona masoori rice 2 cups
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. 1 cup chopped coriander
  11. Oil 3-4 spoons
  12. 1 spoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Grind the chillies and garlic in a blender
  2. Heat a pan and add the oil , add the chopped onions and sauté for few minutes
  3. Add the cabbage, carrots and brocolli
  4. Add salt and pepper and sauté till done
  5. Mix the rice and sauté along with rice in medium flame
  6. Serve with Manchurian gravy
