ABOUT King Fish Fry RECIPE

Delicious deep fried king fish. Neat and clean fried slices. It can be served as a perfect starter, appetizers or side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. King Fish - 5 slices of big fish
  2. Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  4. Kashmiri Red Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish in lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. The longer you marinate the better.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. When oil is hot, reduce the heat and drop the fishes in one or two pieces depending upon your pan size.
  3. Fry the fish in medium heat on both sides till golden and drain them.
  4. I serve with lemon wedges, green chillies sprinkle with pepper and onion slices.
