Fish fingers

Ingredients to make Fish fingers

  • Fish (king fish) - 250grams
  • ginger Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Maida / all purpose flour - 1 cup
  • egg- 1 no.
  • red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
  • oil for frying

How to make Fish fingers

  1. Wash the fish and remove the skin and bones.
  2. Boil the fish and mash it
  3. In a bowl add lemon juice ,pepper,salt, ginger & garlic paste,red chilli powder, 1/2 cup maida and boiled fish
  4. Make the mixture into fingers
  5. Heat the oil for frying
  6. Now roll the fish in remaining flour and dip in the egg and finally in bread crumbs
  7. Deep fry the fish in hot oil
  8. Serve the fish with lemon halves and tomato sauce . Garnish with parsley

My Tip:

* Instead of bread crumps we can use crushed popcorn. * we can add a pinch of red food colour for good look.*we can bake the fish or we can use air fryer instead of deep frying
