Fish fingers known as fish sticks in north america. This is a quick dish which is full of nutritions especially vitamin E .This is a good appetit.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish (king fish) - 250grams
  2. Ginger Paste - 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
  4. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  8. Maida / all purpose flour - 1 cup
  9. Egg- 1 no.
  10. Red chilli powder- 1 tablespoon
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish and remove the skin and bones.
  2. Boil the fish and mash it
  3. In a bowl add lemon juice ,pepper,salt, ginger & garlic paste,red chilli powder, 1/2 cup maida and boiled fish
  4. Make the mixture into fingers
  5. Heat the oil for frying
  6. Now roll the fish in remaining flour and dip in the egg and finally in bread crumbs
  7. Deep fry the fish in hot oil
  8. Serve the fish with lemon halves and tomato sauce . Garnish with parsley
