Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full cream milk....1 litre
  2. Lemin juice...2 tsp
  3. sugar 2 cup
  4. Water....7 cups
  5. saffron strands

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk. Add lemon juice. Once the milk curdles strain in a muslin cloth and hang it for 20 minutes. Chenna is ready.
  2. Take chenna and knead it for 5 minutes so that it becomes creamy. Make small balls.
  3. Take a big vessel . Add water and sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chenna balls. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
  4. let it cool down completely. Garnish with saffron.
  5. Delicious rosogulla is ready.
