Ingredients to make Rice PRAWNS :fried_shrimp:!

  • rice 1 Medium Bowl (prefer brown rice)
  • Prawns large one (7-8 pcs)
  • onion paste
  • ginger garlic paste 1 small spoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt as required
  • oil
  • tomato puree of 1pcs
  • peas (you Can also use Frozen peas)
  • for decoration :-
  • Coriander leaves or curry leaves
  • Half lemon

How to make Rice PRAWNS :fried_shrimp:!

  1. Wash the rice and soak them into water for 1 hour
  2. Boil the rice by adding water (like regular rice)
  3. Now in a pan add in oil After it get hot Add washed prawns and fry just little then keep aside
  4. keep the fried prawns aside
  5. in the same pan add Onion paste, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, coriander powder, tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder,
  6. saute all ingredients till the raw smells goes off
  7. add in the cooked rice
  8. And yes boil the peas till soft (add water bit salt and peas)
  9. mix the cooked rice, fried prawns and boiled peas in the masala's
  10. Garnish with little lemon juice in top of the rice and coriander leaves
  11. serve hot ☺️☺️

My Tip:

Do not over fried the PRAWNs otherwise it will won't taste good and soft !
