Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. King fish slice 1/2kg
  2. Marinate fish slices with turmeric,ggpaste chilli pwdr, salt ,Lil lemon juice ...
  3. Onion 3
  4. Ginger 1/2 inch grated
  5. Garlic pods 4-5
  6. Tomato 1big
  7. Green chilles 3
  8. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  9. Red chilli pwdr 1tsp
  10. Corianderpwdr 2tsp
  11. Saunf 1 1/2tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  13. Mustard seed
  14. curry leaves
  15. Salt
  16. Lemon 1

Instructions

  1. Fry the fish slices in coconut oil,keep side.same oil splutter mustard seeds,curry leaves, grated ginger, garlic,green chilles & saute...then add onion tomato & saute well...now add all the masala mentioned and add lilttle water &cook.
  2. After 3 mts, add shallow fried fish slices over to the masala, few minutes later flip dem other side ..so dat ur fish slices absorbs more masala, cook for 1 more min..
  3. Switch off the stove, add lemon juice for tangyness and serve vit rice/ chappathi....
