Super delicious and crisp sabudana pakodas

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes 3 large
  2. Sabudana 2 cups (soaked)
  3. Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
  4. Salt (to taste)
  5. Pepper (to taste)
  6. Chilli (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and mash
  2. Drain excess water from soaked sago and mix with potatoes nicely.
  3. Add gram flour and a little water so that the consistency is soft but not runny
  4. Add salt pepper and chilli and mix thoroughly
  5. Make small round balls of this mixture and refrigerate for 5-7 mins
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown
  7. Serve with ketchup or chutney of your choice
