Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half cup chopped carrots
  2. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  3. Half cup chopped onions
  4. Soy puffs one pack
  5. Soy sauce 2 spoons
  6. oil to fry
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Half cup tomato ketchup
  9. 3 spoons chopped chillies

Instructions

  1. Shallow fry the vegetables in oil till crispy
  2. Add some oil to pan and sauté the onions
  3. Add the chopped chillies
  4. Add the soy puffs, tomato ketchup and soy sauce and sauté well
  5. Add salt to taste and serve
