Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1medium size grated cauliflower
  2. onion chopped 1
  3. Green chillies slit 4
  4. Azwain(ani seeds) 1/4 tsp
  5. Curry leaves 6-7
  6. mustard seed(rai)1tsp
  7. Hing(asafoetida)1/8tsp
  8. haldi 1/2tsp
  9. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  10. jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Chat masala or dry Mango powder
  12. Or lemon juice 1tsp
  13. tomato chopped 1big
  14. ginger Garlic Paste
  15. 1/2tsp gram masala powder
  16. salt to taste
  17. coriander leaves to garnish
  18. oil 1tbsp


  1. Take one pan switch on gas add in mustard seeds,curry leaves, Green chilli slit allow to splitter
  2. Mean while grate the cauliflower in food processor in just 1min
  3. Now add chopped onions fry onions in high flame add dash of salt so that onions become soft soon .add ginger garlic paste n all dry masala fry for some time ,add chopped tomatoes saute till tomato becomes soft .mean while steem the grated cauliflower in microwave for 4 min
  4. Now add steamed grated cauliflower add 1/2tsp garam masala powder, 1tsp lemon juice cook for 2 min add salt to taste
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves n enjoy with Parathas or as Side dish for lunch or dinner
